spyware guard Question pleae

I have a general question regarding an error message that I am getting on several computers after downloading Spyware Guard.

The message is received upon booting up the computer.

MSGSRV32 Illegal operation
Do you want to shut it down yes or no

(It doesn't appear to effect how the computer is running, that I have noticed just annoying upon boot up.)

When I remove spyware guard this error message is not received.

This does not happen on my computer at home XP
The computers we are attempting to run these on are windows 98(if that makes any difference.) These computers 9 of them are in a classroom at my husbands school, connected to a (main frame-server at the district office) I don't know if any of this information is helpful.
