spyware blaster error...need help

i have installed spyware blaster but when i try to run the program i get the following error : run time error '52': Bad file or number ....can't anyone solve this problem...thanks in advance

Hi,

Does this error appears before any of the interface displays, or does part of the main SpywareBlaster window appear before this error occurs?

If the latter is the case, does this happen as the green progress bar shows "loading databases"?

yes part of the spyblaster occurs before the error

 

Ahah! Now we're getting somewhere.

Could you possibly take a screenshot of the interface when the error message appears? (Dragging the error message window out of the way - to the side -, if possible.)

Also, does the green progress bar under "Loading Protection..." (in the bottom half of the screen) show at all? Does protection load and then this message appear?
