Spyware Blaster Error Msg Won't Run

    I've used the program before and like it. I had to reformat recently and checked the Forum and found the new Version, 2.6.0.1. But when I load it and try to open, I get this message:
    "RUN-TIME ERROR Component 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' Not correctly registered - A file is missing or invalid."

    I've uninstalled, downloaded three time and the same happens each and everytime.

    Your assistance is requested please.
