I had the above virus which I have deleted, but am still having some problems iwth my computer - lagging while Iming or typing in websites, everything is slow. I have downloaded Ad-Aware and Spybot, and gotten rid of a lot of things there, but there are still a lot of suspicious things running in my computer. I downloaded hijackthis, and I know that one of the proceses that I have, dp-him.exe is a spyware file. Also a few other suspicious ones, but I do not know how to go about getting rid of them...if anyone could help I would appreciate it, as I haven't had my computer very long and I am at a loss at what to do:-(

    Here is the log:

Check these in hijackthis, AND WITH ALL OTHER WINDOWS CLOSED, fix checked.

The following have randomly named file names, and as such are normally malware, UNLESS you know what they are, and they are from a safe source, please check for removal.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Bakra] C:\WINDOWS\System32\IEHost.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [0s9R36g] C:\WINDOWS\System32\cicedit.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [y0vwZ4HR.exe] C:\windows\temp\y0vwZ4HR.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WTSS] C:\WINDOWS\System32\wapisvsu.exe

The following activeX controls will reinstall when(and if) you revisit that website, UNLESS you know they are from a safe source, check to remove.

    O16 - DPF: {41F17733-B041-4099-A042-B518BB6A408C} - http://a1540.g.akamai.net/7/1540/52...meInstaller.exe

Then Reboot to safe mode (F8 on boot) and delete the following files/folders

    File > > C:\WINDOWS\System32\dp-him.exe
    and these if check above.
    File > > C:\WINDOWS\System32\IEHost.exe
    File > > C:\WINDOWS\System32\cicedit.exe
    File > > C:\windows\temp\y0vwZ4HR.exe
    File > > C:\WINDOWS\System32\wapisvsu.exe

Then Reboot and post a fresh log for me to check.
