You can use a program called Crap Cleaner (FREE) – Deletes all Temp files, MRU (Most Recently Used) etc http://www.ccleaner.com/

Mantra, CCleaner will get rid of some of the junk but it may not be enough. If necessary have a look here:- http://www.chrissweeney.co.uk/spyware.htm
Pay attention to what it says about removing dsmanager.dll and BHO.dll.

There is also ICQ\NDetect.exe to consider, do you have Mirabilis ICQ?
