Spyshelter blocking MSN Messenger

    How do I tell SpyShelter to stop blocking MSN Messenger? currently I have excluded the entire Messenger folder but still its blocked. I have to disable SS protection to let Messenger through.

    Did you change the black/white list entry to allow.
