Seems that every time Spybot finds something, it can't get rid of it and wants to do it on a reboot.
When I reboot it still can't do it and says problem cannot be fixed.
    Any thoughts?

Concerning new dot net....have you attempted to remove it via Add\Remove programs first and then re-run Spybot rerun spybot to make sure all is gone ?

    Newdotnet wasn't listed in Add/Remove.
Unistalled Spybot and then reinstalled Spybot.
This time Spybot was able to "fix" the problem...no more Newdotnet.

    Thanks
