spybot 1.3 malfuntion

hi

im wondering if someone can help me im running win 98 se and i downloaded spybot 1.3 and it keeps crashing out on both of my 98 comps at first i though it might have been the tea timer causing it but its still doing it even with teatimer deactivated

i just get a lil blank box that says error but there is no error message

also tea timer isnt working right either its having an issue with norton disk doctor at start up with tea timer active when the comp boots up norton disk doctor cant finnish its scan becaues tea timer is constantley writing to the drive and disrupting the scan

i tryed reportin this on the spybot forum but got no reply

help
