   After I deleted all the items identified as risky I ran Spyblaster again. It looks like some of the same bad files reappeared. Where they reinstalled, or never removed. ? (where is the Spellcheck?)

   Since Spywareblaster is not a cleaning program....would I be assuming correctly that you do indeed mean Spyblaster ?
