When I log into my Windows XP Home Eedition account, and when another user is signed on (fast user switching is enabled), I get the following error message: The connection to the Spy Sweeper engline has been lost or terminated. Spy Sweeper will now close and restart If you experience any problems, please contact Webroot support at http"//www.webroot.com/support. From all I see in this an other forums, this would be a waster of time and effort. Clicking on OK close and retarts Spy Sweeper, but all I get is the same error message continually. The only way to get rid of it is to End the spysweeper.exe process in Task Manager, which disables automatic protection, or to restart the computer, which gives me a good startup for Spy Sweeper. Has anyone else had this experience - cannot find any reference in Google, or a webroots support site. I am using the latest version 4.03 build 359.
