Spy/Adware Free Guest book for website?

I am currently looking for software to have a guest book visible on my website but all I seem to be able to find are ones which use ads or have spyware I have used FrontPage 2003 and have a form online but it is not active for viewing. I know it can be done (need to read up a bit more on this ) but would love to know if there was software available (does not have to be free) which would work with FrontPage to let my visitors post their comments and read those of others.
