Spam toolbar works in Thunderbird-not OE

    I have two email clients not open at the same time. When I open Thunderbird, the spam toolbar appears and works as it should. When I open OE, the tool bar shows for a second or so, and then disappears. I cannot enable it.

    Any thoughts as to how to get the anti-spam toolbar to work in OE?
