    Greetings Creatures of the Wild,

Anybody know how SP2 would or will react if it found two different Virus software packages loaded. Of course only one would be actively watching. The other on demand and there in may lay the answer. The active one would be acknowledged and the on demand one ignored. Maybe? Does anyone know or have experience on this yet?

For example a computer may have: NOD 32 and Bitdefender free or CAV and Bitdefender free. or KAV with any AV that is a backup set for on demand use.

Could this create a conflict causing Windows XP problems or false readings in the security panel? :doubt:

Well it might ignore on-demand or simply notify you that you're using more then one antivirus. Second scenario happened to me when i had Windows firewall enabled with McAfee one. Not sure how it notifies you later if there are other problems with any of these two AVs...
