Anyone who uses this AV can tell me how is his speed, perfomance, detection, heuristic and cleaning ability?

Sophos' detection rates have been declining for years with no sign of improvement. Recently, av-comparatives tested Sophos and it only got 77% and it also had about 50 more days to add signatures than the regular tested group of products. So, I would say lower than 77%. Due to to their lack of maturity, they demanded the results be taken off the site and you will not be able to see them.

It has declined to the point of around 75%, but it seems Sophos is not declining any more beyond that. Sophos has poor detection rate of Trojans, BackDoors, Other Malware, and OtherOS malware. These four categories can be covered pretty well by Spy Sweeper I think, so if you use Spy Sweeper + Antivirus (which uses Spy Sweeper + Sophos engine AV), you'll probably have a "Standard" rated protection, depending on whether heuristics make a big difference in the AV-comparatives test with Sophos or not, because Spy Sweeper does not use Sophos heuristics (I think). So, if heuristics make a huge impact, then yes Sophos is useless. :p :D

But, yeah Sophos is not worth wasting your time with. Lots of better and cheaper AVs out there. ;)

Hahaha, it seems that I am not the only one trying to learn English. :D

I can confirm that Sophos has excellent technical support. I put some questions 2-3 times and get fast and very polite answers.
