Hello, I recently purchased some Sonos sound system components. I spent three hours on the phone with Sonos tier two support trying to get Sonos to work with ESET. I have Sonos setup as an an excluded application in Advanced Setup, Web and Email, Protocol Filtering, Excluded Applications. ESET is preventinng Sonos components and software from working. Sonos works fine when I uninstall ESET! how do I fix ESET to work properly to allow Sonos to function? thanks, Michael

I am using ESET Smart Security 5. yes, I tried the instructions from the Sonos link. Also, I tried this http://kb.eset.com/zap/SOLN2887 from the ESET support. it did not work.
