    Hi All,

I was looking at my router logs via Wallwatcher tonight when I noticed something, (see screenshot). Something on my pc is making an Outbound request to www.paypal.com. It seems to be using SSL (port 443) as the remote port and outbound from my pc at port 2308.

Any idea what is causing this? All scans for viruses etc come up clean.

    I have run scans with:

    NOD32
    BOClean is up and running
    Spybot S&D
    MSAS
    Counterspy
    Ad-Aware

What the heck could be causing this? Any ideas? On both of these occurences, I was not even surfing the web at the time.

    Please help if you can.

    Thanks so much,

    Jag

P.S. Windows XP w/SP2 and all up to date with patches.

Are you running a software firewall in addition to your router? Most will tell you the program and when it is trying to connect.
