One or two processes running on the computer after its installation are same as when I installed Rollback Rx. It does not appear to be a clone, more of an illegal copy to me. I will test it for a couple of days and see if it gives me any problems.

Note that this is from Anyue Technology Co., who make AyRecovery (which is related to EF and RB)!

It's a bit confusing .It states an evaluation expiration of 367 days but 7 days are stated in the last paragraph?

So EAZ Solutions is just another name for Anyue Technology?
Or better, probably EAZ Solutions controls also Anyue Technology and they use 2 different company names to basically promote the same product.

So we have: Horizon coproducing with EAZ Solutions, which on her turn, is also behind Anyue Technology, which on her turn sells the same product with 2 other names? (PC Time machine and AyeRecovery).

    Wow... Talk about company mysteries.

Yup, every member of 'the family' seems to be 'rooted' with Eaz Solutions.

However, it's been 10-years since Andrew Shen, et al, received a patent for their 'innovative invention' and seeing that Comodo is in beta with a similar 'Time Machine' product, I'm guessing that the patent expired. We will probably see other copy-cats.

    This is hilarious.

First google result for Anyue Technology:

    http://www.k62.net/index.php

On top and left side, it advertises Ayerecovery. Then you get "What is EAZ Fix"? :D

I don't know if EAZ Solutions owns Anyue or the opposite, but they seem that the 2 companies are very closely linked.

Sorry Aaron, but that doesn't compute. Depending on the date a US patent was actually filed it would expire either 17 years or 20 years from that date.

well the website design is basically a direct copy of the PC Tools website... which just from that is too much of a similarity to Rogue AV's... not gunna waste my time with a product like this.

Actually, I never registered, so it was showing 7 days left. When I registered, it is now showing 366 days left. I guess, the last paragraph is for those who do not register.

But if it is a clone of Rollback/Eaz-fix than it is not for me as they cause problems on my 32-bit Vista.
