I have the Paid Version of Ewido and changed to Ewido 4.0 when it was released several days ago. Been working fine, but noticed my Resident Shield Icon is not on the tray? I pulled up Ewido and clicked on shield, and it says that it is active. Any ideas where it went to? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?

WXP Home SP2 IE6 OE6 Use Firefox 99% of the time.

Try first to restart your machine.

Don't know if this thread could be the answer, but they said there is a bug with the icon in the tray.

I know what you mean. I try to help out at C/Net when I can, but my knowledge is not as extensive as others.

It is a good feeling when I can help someone, and get a Thank You.:D
