Some odd behaviour

    I've recently had two different forms of odd behaviour from NOD32...

    1) On my Win ME machine, I get this message: "Error occurred during communication with NOD 32 Kernel service" - this was mentioned by someone else on this forum, but the discussion didn't seem to reach a conclusion...
    2) On my Win XP machine, the Control Centre no longer runs, though the Kernel service does, and the definitions seem to be updating as usual...

    Can anyone help with either of these issues? I guess for the second I could just uninstall/reinstall and I expect that would fix it, but if I can avoid the bother of that, I would be happy!

    You might want to list any recent changes to your system software. The changes may provide a clue.
