Some business licenses not updating

    Hi all

    I have problems getting my most recently configured ESET PCs, that I have installed business licenses on, to update. The last 4 installations all do not update.

    After installation of the application each machine is configured to connect to the Admin server (for monitoring puposes only) but they still get the updates from the web update servers. The admin server shows I have sufficient licenses remaining from my allocation.

    The username and password are applied directly from my license and is the same used on the machines that do update successfully.

    Any advice is appreciated

    Did you manually enter the username and password on each workstation? If they are going to get the updates themselves, they will need to have them configured on each machine to do so.

    Is there a reason why the clients don't update from a central mirror?

    Hiya, thanks for the post

    Most of the users are mobile and not connected via VPN for days at a time.

    Thats the reason they are configured to collect data themselves.
