First off I think this guy is a genius at least for now. Every few weeks to few months I'll be unable to delete a file on my Corsair 256GB USB 3.0. I'm plugging in & removing this a 100+x a week, so that's why. Anyways pretty simple fix that TOTALLY eluded me for decades - Run a chkdsk on the drive. I thought I would have to move my files format & move them back. This method doesn't seem to be destructive as the Windows 7 GUI that pops up something like run a chkdsk or continue. And this method took only seconds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ix13LRGmzk8&feature=youtu.be "Ever try to open a USB hard drive or external drive and get the error message: "Location is not available" e:\ is not accessible The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. You can try to run the Chkdsk command in command prompt (CMD) to fix the disk. Now you should be able to recover your data and open the folder to access the files. THE COMMAND: "CHKDSK /F /"YOUR DRIVE LETTER" (mine was E You do not need to type anything else or launch any more commands." Thank you Mr. Jay Busch.
