[solved]New hijackthis log -Please Help

Hi! I'm a recent member of this forum that needs much help cleaning up my system. I ran Spybot, and Ad-aware, followed by Hijackthis, the log file follows. Hope someone can review and advise, thanks in advance.

Re: New hijackthis log -Please Help

Not sure whether I posted correctly, or no one was available to review my hijackthis log ,so I'm trying again. I lurked into some of the threads with the similar problems with the about:blank and search hijackings and saw some advice to run cwshredder I tried it and it seems to have worked pretty well, My home page stays as I set it to Yahoo.com,And the search page is ok, many pop-ups have disappeared , and spyware guard doesnt constantly alert me to attempts to hijack my start, home, search pages etc. I still have a problem with Casino online trying to get loaded but so far i can live with that. Today I reran the Adaware, Spybot, Cwshredder, and hijackthis software and have attached the new hijackthis log

If someone can please find time to review the log and advise I will be very grateful. Thanks in advance, and keep up the great work.

NOTE....even in safe mode you may have to open taskmanager and end task on some of them before you can delete them.

Make sure you can view hidden and system files: Instructions here

Then Boot to safe mode: Instructions here

Delete the followng files\folders IF still present:

C:\Program Files\CasinoOnline <-------folder
C:\documents and settings\rotisiva\local settings\temp\E.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\oibsmo.exe

Then reboot and use AdAware as described :
HERE

Spybot S&D
The download for Spybot S&D is available here: http://www.computercops.biz/downloads-file-108.html

Install by double-clicking on the downloaded file.
Run Spybot S&D from desktop icon or Start menu.
Press "Search for updates" button to get list of updates available.
Press "Download updates" button.
Close all IE windows and close & restart Spybot S&D.
Press "Check for problems" button.
Have SpyBot remove all it marks in red by pressing "Fix selected problems".

Close Spybot S&D, reboot your system .

Empty your Temporary Internet Files and history in Internet Options. And clean out your
%Userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp
folder. It's a good idea to do that regularly.

Then Disable system restore: Instructions here
Reboot

Enable System Restore.

Problem gone?

Thanks for the help, I'm not new to computers, but I am slooow.
I think I followed your instructions quite well and believe the problems are gone, we will see later if thats true. I Couldn't find the following files to delete
C:\documents and settings\rotisiva\local settings\temp\E.exe
