I had low sound on my W11P ThinkPad T15 Gen 2 laptop. Very annoying. Made sure all the sound levels were at 100%. Still low sound. I thought I should try an equalizer. Came upon an Open Source one called Equalizer APO at SourceForge. Installed it & messed around with the settings & screwed up my sound worse. Uninstalled it & then reinstalled it. This restored my low sound. All I did to fix my low sound was to change the Gain from -6.0db to +5.0db. That's it great sound levels now. Hoping this info might help someone.
