Anyone running Mcafee Total Protection (or any other type of McAfee products) must disable all of the Mcafee services in order to get rid of this issue.

For example, with Mcafee Total Protection you must disable the following services:
    - EngineServer
    - myAgtSvc
    - McShield

You can automatically do this with a batch file containing the following 3 lines and have True Image run this file before the job:

    net stop EngineServer
    net stop myAgtSvc
    net stop McShield

Then, after the job, have it run a batch file with the following:

    net start EngineServer
    net start myAgtSvc
    net start McShield

    I hope this helps someone.

    Sincerely,

    Richard

    Hello ramiss,

Thank you for your interesting in Acronis True Image

Thank you very much ramiss for your output. It’s also a good idea to have the latest build of McAfee in order to eliminate the possible issues with Acronis software.

    Best regards,
