softwares like TOR and make TOR have US IP only

hello pls tell me other programs like TOR that is free.

and pls tell me why does it say 'server hang up' surfing with TOR?

How can I have US IP only using TOR? if I choose US IP only, will that make my connection slow?

Tor is your best bet ... the server hang up is just normal, sometimes the connection is dropped on the server. If you want to have US IP's only as exitnodes you just have to set StrictExitNodes and StrictNodes on your torcc file and no it will not make your connection slow as long as you choose a high-bandwidth US IP exitnodes ... if you want a detailed help just PM me.

I visit this site but it says I am scammer because my IP keeps changing. I want US IP because this site only allows US users. Please tell me how to have US IP only on TOR.
Also, my yahoo webcam wont work using TOR.

have you tried I'ts hidden , Tor is ok too. Any other good ones that are free?
