hello im new and have just found this forum, i recently took the offer on the softpedia offer and have tried registering my copy many times but it just says pending. I have tried registering as free first as suggested in another thread but that does not work so im stuck. Any help much appreciated gaz
Hello gazs1 and welcome to the forums :0 Try the following and let us know if it works: 1. register your copy as a free version (select "Free", enter your name and e-mail address, and then click register) 2. Wait for the license assigned message for Home Free 3. Upgrade your registration (select "commercial" this time) using the License number from your Softpedia letter Does this resolve the issue and result in your copy registering as Home Lux? Mike
