    One question:

    I ran Emergency Kit recently and got FPs...same as always.
    Does Emsisoft Anti-Malware have the same problems?

    Yes, EAM can still have FPs. I think it's due to their Ikarus engine.
    Since FP is unavoidable, the only thing we can do is to help them minimize.
    You can go to their official forum, posting your FPs, like I always do.:)
