softomate toolbar

hello there

i have all protection enabled, however every time i check, there is 1 item in restricted sites that keeps having the protection disabled............. softomate toolbar...........can anyone explain why this is so ? or what it is ?

Thanks for your reply... in fairness i check spyware blaster every time i log on and a few times after, and enable the protection again straightaway. I cant say i have noticed anything odd, was just curious what it all was and how it would disable the protection
