Hardly unexpected, considering that social credit will become mandatory in 2020. Surprisingly, I would expect this coming from US, not China.

    Code:

Fake accounts cause real problems, like identity theft, so I like the idea, it brings a lot of benefits, but as always, there are downsides.

Sooner or later it will probably be obligatory to have an account and similar solutions will also be implemented in other countries.

We already are, when you want to take a loan or an insurance, they will look at your financial profile, if you are looking for a job, the employ will look at your social and work related profiles and if you want to buy some drugs, they will look at your medical history. The data is already there, this step would only make it official. It is an inevitable outcome of a digital society.

Sounds too hard, and if I did use Tor, that alone would draw attention. ;)
