    Could you please download the latest build of the software available at our Updates page, install it, create new Acronis Bootable Rescue Media and check if the issue is fixed?

    Please note that you should register your product first to be able to download free updates.

    If you've downloaded and installed the latest build but issue still exist could you please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread.     I'm already using Acronis 10 Built #4942.

    Will submit request for technical support with more comprehensive info.

    Surprise, Snap Restore works with the trial version of Acronis 11.

    In case the documentary and advertised feature is not working on your system in an outdated version of an Acronis product but is fully functional in the latest one, please mention it in your official support request. According to Acronis Upgrade Policy you will get the upgrade to the latest version for free.

    Acronis have kindly upgraded my Acronis 10 to Acronis 11 and that automatically resolved my Snap Restore Problem.

    Thumbs up for Acronis.
