    Hi

I've just put the trial version of Snap Deploy on my machine and have tried a to send an image to another pc. It all seems to work nicely enough but after I join the client to the session and start the image deployment (basic template, no drivers or settings) it takes a good 20 minutes to get to 1% and once it actually starts imaging it takes a couple of hours to deploy this 3.2gb image.

The image only takes 20 or so minutes to create, why so long to roll it back out?

Check to see what kind of network usage your system is reporting in the task manager. Seems like the bottleneck is your network.

Are you backing up over the network as well? I assume you saving the image locally and then deploying over the network. But if you are both saving over the network and deploying over the network the speeds should be similar.
