snap deploy license server problem

we tried out a trail of snap deploy and used all licenses that come with it.
then installed 10 new bought licenses on the license server.

when we now want to deploy new workstations. its says no free licensees even when the server clearly has 10 free. reinstalling snap deploy didn't help.
reinstalling license server doesn't help either since the licenses are stored somewhere and reappear. installing license server somewhere else doesn't help either since the server should run on the deploying server.

any hints?
do we really have to install all new on a different server?

has the template to be made new?

 

found the problem. i had the old images to support dell optiplex 745 in pxe server.
which are englisch ....

where can i get the new german version > 2105?
