I went to image a workstation with the stand alone utility and I am getting E00640009: Failed to open the image The selected image is not supported by Acronis Snap Deploy or the image is corrupted. Please, verify the image or select another one. Now I did verify all of them from the management console and all finished successfully. Even created a new image, but nope same error when trying to use it. When this first happened I thought maybe an update would fix as I noticed a new build. No go still same issue. I have submitted a ticket with Acronis but thought maybe posting here may help. Please any help would be appreciated. As we are dead in the water with our imaging system.
