Snap Deploy - Computer Not Found

    Just purchased Snap deploy to evaluate it being used for our call center. I've installed the OS Deployment server and the Management Console and can connect to the deployment server. I've installed the Snap Deploy Agent on a computer and it installed without errors. The trouble is that from the Management Console, even though the computer appears in the network list, if I attempt to connect to the agent computer I get the below error message:

    Computer "callcenter1" is not found.

    The computer with the specified name is not available on the network. The possible reasons might be that the computer is shutdown or the name is invalid.


    I've tried changing the name with no results and I'm sure that the computer is running when I try to connect.

    Anyone have any ideas what could cause this?

    Turn off your firewall or create an exception for the Acronis products...
