Smart Security 5 Icon stops responding

    i'm using windows 7 64bit with service pack 1.
    eset smart security version 5.0.94.0
    I am unable to open little menu when I right click on the Eset icon in the system tray/taskbar.
    It works when I first startup my computer. At a later time it stops working or if I open the Eset smart security window it also stops working.

    i had to reformat/reinstall windows 7 due to something else and the problem was solved. don't know why that's just what happened.

    If your experience is like mine, it will stop responding again after a while. I've had the same issue with both 4 and 5.

    When it happens I just open the gui from the start prog menu. Slightly inconvenient, but I've lived with it for years on both Win7 and XP.

    Perhaps another program is conflicting with ESET Smart Security. Have you opened a case with technical support to investigate this issue further?
