Sly and decieving marketing...

    I have just had an issue with PC Tools which was posted in another thread.
    I finally received a reply from their support and I qoute:

    "If you are using Windows XP 64 bit, Operating System, please be advised that PC Tools Internet Security is not specifically designed for 64-bit systems".

    Not what their download web page implies.

    In my opinion I find this dishonest and deceiving... If it is not fully compatable with 64 bit systems say so and don't put me at risk with you inferior 64 bit software.

    Where's it say XP sixty-four bit in that ss of yours? I see nothing that would imply otherwise.

    Yeah you might want to do a little more reading before you accuse a company or person of deceit. They were 100% honest according to your own words and screenshot.
