Sluggishness from ESS when using iTunes

This was a problem with Nod 2.x, fixable by simply adding the iTunes library path as a folder to be exempt from realtime scanning.

I'm sure the ability to exclude files/folders will be present in future, more feature-complete betas (or the release product), but will the actual performance issue with iTunes and Nod be fixed in ESS? I don't recall having this problem way back when on other AVs.

Other than this (and a few of the same firewall performance issues mentioned elsewhere here), I'm loving the suite.
