EAV4x Business v4.2.71.2 | IE8 on Win XP Pro SP3 Dell | MVPS Hosts installed | Spyware Blaster installed.

Protocol filtering enabled, pre-release updates disabled.

Sites all loading slow - is it a possibility a current update file is causing this ?

    System information as follows:

    Code:
    [b]INSTALLED COMPONENTS:[/b]
    Virus signature database: 6491 (20110924)
    Update module: 1031 (20091029)
Antivirus and antispyware scanner module: 1318 (20110812)
    Advanced heuristics module: 1118 (20110419)
    Archive support module: 1136 (20110818)
    Cleaner module: 1051 (20110420)
    Anti-Stealth support module: 1026 (20110628)
    SysInspector module: 1220 (20110517)
    Self-defense support module : 1018 (20100812)
    Real-time file system protection module: 1004 (20100727)
    Thanks.

Just a guess but maybe the protocol filtering is slowing things down.

It's the reverse, actually, once you've run through the checklist that would be one of the first things to accomplish.
    Many run this configuration.

    Thanks for the feedback.

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in a reply, I've been out of the office.

    Is this problem still occurring?

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky

    Hello, Aryeh

The problem must have been a minor one that I could not attribute to anthing in particular. I am good to go.

    Thanks for looking in.
