Size of Firefox Profile ?

current size of FF profile is 6.41 mb. some time ago I was messing around and looks like I removed something ? Does 6.41 mb sound right or too small ?

 

my firefox profile I usually use is 12.5mb but I have quite a few add-ons installed so I just made a new profile and started and closed firefox and the size is only 504kb,

it's hard to say if it's too small since it depends on any extensions you have or bookmarks ect, the profiles get bigger the more you use them,

if you think you deleted something that you need why not just make a new profile and delete this one?

 

Places.dat tends to get bloated very quickly, you can use the SQLite Database Browser to keep it in check.

My FF profile on the most used machine is: 67MB, but this includes 36MB zotero and 19MB extensions.

MIne is 69.2MB & 65MB on the other PC,with 10 & 7 addons on them

 

Oh, I thought you were worried it was too large rather than too small -

Mine's 9 MB, and that includes hundreds of bookmarks and 10 extensions.
