Shows Disk 2 only when cloning

HI all,

I am using True Image 8 for server and I am trying to clone a failing disk ( master ) to a new disk ( slave ). When I click on 'create image' , I only see disk 2 but not disk 1. Can anyone advice?

Could you please create Acronis Report (please see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=55317 for the details) and send it to support@acronis.com along with the screenshots of how your disks are recognized in "Create Image" and "Disk Clone" wizards as well as in "Diks Management". To get to "Disk Management" please open "Start" -> "Control Panel" -> "Administrative Tools" -> "Computer Management". Please add the link to this thread to your letter.
