shadow protect image manager

    Im trying to set up continuous incremental backups from my laptop to a WD mybookworld network storage.Ive installed image manger ,but just cant seem to set it up correctly.Ive made a full backup on the network storage drive.When I open image manager and click connect to agent ..then find...it finds mybookworld.However when i put in the password , im getting an error.Just how do i set up image manager so that i can perform continuous incremental backups to the network server?
