I followed a link for SD .325 and just noticed it installed .331.
I've managed to extract the MD5(?).
How do I tell if this program is safe?
I've been using SD without any problems for a few years now. But now am completely lost. I just want something safe to use on my x64 pc.
    Thanks.

I don't think you can be completely sure .331 is safe because it was created after Tony disappeared and it's unclear who created it. If you want to download an earlier official version, this link may help: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=1857456&postcount=199

As Shadow Defender now appears to be a dead product as far as future development goes, you might want to consider switching to Returnil Virtual System Pro 2011. RVS is under active development by the developer and now has all of the features of Shadow Defender (and more), including multi-partition virtualization support and an autosave feature that effectively provides a method of folders and files exclusion on the system partition - features that were missing previously.

You can still use SD...325 and even 326 beta are safe and works whitout problems.
