Hi all!The story goes like this:
I purchased a NOD32 box(for the 2nd time) and then as requested I began to register the product online at esest's site,so far so good.
But in the registeration I put in wrong e-mail adress!!!Thank god the e-mail adress I wrote was not in use so created it at once.
But, there was no e-mail sent.Later on I tried to re-register the product with the correct e-mail adress but there was no e-mail sent either.I have the store's receive and the full pack but I can't find anyone who can help me.
Could someone please tell me what to do?

I'd suggest that you contact the distributer you purchased NOD32 from and provide them with your serial number and correct email address. They should be able to rectify it quickly.

Yes,they SHOULD be able to rectify it but, have you ever tried this kind of actions in Greece? They say "Give a number and a name and we will call you sir." but something like that never happens, you just wait and wait with no phone rings.I know how these kind of things work here (guess what, I live in Greece and guess another one,I am Greek).
That's the reason I want to adress directly to eset itself.
After that what do you propose?Send that e-mail (and saying what actually?) to eset sales?
By the way thank for replying, both of you. :)

I would suggest sending an email to Greece, if you don't have a reply after 1 business day then forward a copy to sales @ eset.com and state that you have not received a reply.

Let us know how you go...

    Cheers :D

Please send an email with your serial number to support @ eset.com and enclose a correct email address as well as a link to this thread. I will rectify it myself and notify the distributor about the change.

Something just came to my mind...Is the serial number case-sensitive?
Because if it is I am an idiot.:cautious:

Yes, it is. I've registered it in your name and it came fine. Hopefully you have received it as well, but please send me your full name to confirm.
