Setting a New Email Address for Licence?

Hi,

Is it possible to setup a different email address for my licence? I ask as the one I used was one i payed for which I do not pay for anymore and thus can't get access to?? Thus I can't get access to my password email and I can't request the password to be emailed to me as it will be sent to the email i can't access.

Although the primary method of identifying an ESET customer is the username and password, the email address used at the time of purcase is extremely important. In the event that the username and password are lost, we would attempt to identify the order by looking up the email address from which it was placed. For this reason, it is highly recommended that a current email address is kept on record with ESET.

You can contact either your reseller or ESET directly to report a new email address. If possible, forward a copy of the original order confirmation message you received from ESET with your request, which should contain the sales order number, username, password and your old email address.

After receiving the information, it will take approximately 24 to 72 hours for the change to take affect. If you are a commercial customer, our lost license page will not be able to send you your license until this change takes affect.

We will not send you any additional messages to your email account nor will ESET provide your email address to a third party.
