set and leave firewall

    Hi anyone know of a set and leave firewall free or payed ! im no good with configuring these things... 1/2 the time im not sure if things are valid so , anyone know of a light one that is quite good better then windows, that is auto install leave and forget dont really like checking logs etc.......thanks MD
