Another wierd (but intelligent) question. I ask a lot of these.

Many of the Windows Services (Run Prompt > services.msc) have a 'Log on' account specified under the "Log on" tab of the Service's properties (Highlight Service > Right-Click > Properties > Log On Tab).

The strange thing is, the password for these 'Log Ons' is a different length to my account login password.

Where can I find this password? Why aren't these services configured to run as 'Local Account'?

Is this something to be suspicious of?
