    Jason, that was quick :D

Just wondering why this alert pops up? Is this due to Regdefender or does Regdefender only shows that this has been happening all along? The link did not really explain why services.exe would feel compelled to change a registry setting without my knowledge or intention. I don't really care about this setting one way or the other, just want to make sure that nothing sinister is happening in the background. :)

RegDefend only shows what has been happening, as you guessed. :)

I guess everynow and then services.exe feels the need to rewrite that value for some reason, further research into that particular registry item may yield why it does that.
