    I have just upgraded from Acronis TI Server Enterprise Build 933 to 941.
    I am running Windows NT 4.0 SP6a.
    After installation, the machine reboots and i get this error..
    "The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    snapman"

    I try to run the program and i get this message
    "E000101F4: Cannot find the necessary Acronis True image Enterprise Server
    modules. Please re-install Acronis True Image Enterprise Server."

    I have tried un installing & reinstalling multiple times, but i get the same error.

    Help, thanks.

    Hello Kazoo,

    Thank you for your interest in Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server (http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/products/ATIESWin/).

    Could you please run the 'regedit' command (Start -> Run), export the registry keys below and send them to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread?
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{71A27CDD-812A-11D0-BEC7-08002BE2092F}

    To export the registry keys please choose the necessary key and press File -> Export.

    We will certainly help you with the solution.

    Thank you.

    Irena, further to my first post, ive done some snooping.
    In DEVICES, i found the device that is not loading properly
    "Acronis Snapshots Manager" (which is set to start at BOOT)
    I start it and it seems to start without problem.
    After that i run TI and i get a "Failed to read from the sector xxx of the hard disk x) I choose IGNORE ALL and i get the same message for all 3 installed Hard Drives. These are all new HDs so i am suspect of this error message. Im sure it is most likely due to the device NOT loading at boot time.

    As for the mentioned registry keys, they do not exist!

    Regards

    Kazoo
