    Hi,

Can't seem to find an answer to this one on the forum.

When the program tries to update - and error window appears stating:

    Server Connection Failure

This also happens when I try to do a manual update.

    Have the following system specs.

    Hope you can help.

Can you please download a FRESH copy of Nod32 as there is a NEW version 2.12.3

    Uninstall your current version.

Remove the Eset folder from C Drive> Program Files

Install your FRESH copy of Nod32

Let us know how you go...

    Cheers :D

    1. Make sure the update server is set to Choose automatically in the update setup (unless you update from a local mirror)
    2. If you use a dial-up connection, make sure it is selected in the advanced update setup. Also, it's recommended you enable the task to check for newer updates upon every connection to the Internet in Scheduler in the main Control Center window
    3. Make sure an Internet connection is already established at the time you perform update
    4. Check the proxy settings in the advanced update setup. If you don't use a proxy, make sure the use of proxy is disabled, otherwise check if it's set up correctly
