Select Vertical Text

    Does anyone know how I can select a vertical block of text using WordPad formatting? I know I can use CTRL + SHIFT + F8 in Microsoft Word, but I hate word and its pain to work with. I basically would love to be able to select a vertical block of text in WordPad or something very simular.

    I understand what you're saying, but for lack of having done any work in this area.....you could look into some of the free
    five star programs on this page. The few I've read up on sound versitile enough for your needs. They surely surpass native utilities available features.......
